Design
The hardware that surrounds the Shere software is an important element in the delivery of the Company’s customer proposition. Over the years Shere has identified key suppliers of hardware with whom it has built strong and close partnerships. Often hardware design has to be adapted for a particular customer or application and Shere provides a range of design options to meet the customers brand requirements and aspirations. Shere agrees the design and branding with the customer and then negotiates and project manages the manufacture.
The reliability of the hardware within the kiosks is also key for the success of an installation. Shere therefore regularly evaluates the supplier market for credit card readers, coin and note mechanisms and printers to ensure the components going in to each installation are of the highest quality and best value.
